Charles Gordon Harris (1891-1981)

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Charles Gordon Harris studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and with teachers Herbert Cyrus Farnum, Stacey Tolman and G. A. Hayes. He was a member of the Providence Art Club, the Providence Water Color Club and the South County (Rhode Island) Art Association.
