"Craggy rocks famously define the Maine seacoast, and perhaps the best time of year to see them is when the sun is becoming more angular as the seasons move into fall. This view awaited us as my husband and I returned to New Harbor, Maine from Monhegan Island – at the end of the season on the last day of full ferry service."

Vose Galleries is proud to have had solo shows of Liz Haywood-Sullivan's work in 2007 and 2011, and in the fall of 2019 opened a third solo exhibition featuring thirty works demonstrating her sensitivity to the seasonal rhythms of the natural world.
